Author Biography

Janet Miller is a Consultant to the Social Services Sector in Scotland and an External Assessor with the Scottish Social Services Council. She is concerned that people working in care services get the basics right, respecting the worth and dignity of all individuals and valuing learning and development as a means of improving their own lives and the lives of those with whom they work.
