Author Biography

Professor Serge Kamanev is a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute of Oriental Studies in Moscow, and has written several papers on Pakistan (e.g. Pakistan: Public Finance and Economic Development, 1982). His second volume to the present work will appear in due course.
