This book consists of interrelated essays by many past and present members of the EUI Law Department. Francis Snyder is Visiting Professor, (formerly Centennial Professor) in the Law Department at the LSE, Professeur des Universités and Professor of Public Law at the Université Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III and Guest Professor at Peking University Law School.
