Authors Biography

Prof. Muhammad Moin passed FRCS Ophthalmology in 1993 from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh and Royal College of Ophthalmologist, UK and joined as senior registrar in King Edward Medical College, University. At present, he is working as Professor of Ophthalmology & Director Medical Education at Ameer-ud-Din Medical College, Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore General Hospital, Lahore.

Prof. Tayyaba Gul graduated from Fatima Jinnah Medical College, DOMS from PGMI, Lahore and FCPS in Ophthalmology in 2000. She has attended the International Scholars Certificate Program in Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, USA in 2016. After serving for 12 years in Lahore Medical and Dental College, she is working as Professor and Head of Ophthalmology Department in Rashid Latif Medical College, Lahore. Prof. Muhammad Khalil graduated from Punjab Medical College, Faisalabad in 1988. He did fellowship in Ophthalmology in 2000 and joined Mayo Hospital, Lahore, as senior registrar. Currently, he is working as Professor of Ophthalmology in Lahore Medical and Dental College, Lahore.

Dr. Umar K. Mian, MD completed his medical degree in 1988 from Aga Khan University, Karachi. He then proceeded to the United States to complete his Ophthalmology residency and Retina fellowship in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Health System. He is currently Associate Professor and Director of the Retina Service in Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, USA.
