Picture Story: Power Cut!

Description

Suddenly the lights go off and the house is plunged in darkness. Mother lights a candle, and so begins a game of elephant, cat, deer, snake and more. Then the power comes back. Where do the animals go?

Authors Biography

Sowmya Rajendran works for a children’s magazine. Writing keeps her happy. This book is for her family for having put up with her through several power cuts.

Renuka Rajiv is studying printmaking at the moment but will be done soon and then have to reassess her life. She hopes to keep the illustration thread running.
