This book is a new sociological adventure in the perspective of Pakistani society’s operative mechanisms and it endeavours to sift grass of bad from the grain of good through new sociological filters. In this book, the reader will find applications of sociological concepts that are relevant, current, balanced and interdisciplinary in approach.

Author Description

Baloch, Javed Jiskani is an enlightened young scholar, novelist, blogger, law enforcement educator and a senior police officer (DIG) at Police Service of Pakistan. Academically, Baloch, J.J. has done MSc Criminal Justice Policy from London School of Economics, London, UK and two MAs in Sociology and International Relations from University of Sindh, Pakistan. During his 23 years of work experience, he served as Grade-II Officer at National Bank of Pakistan from 1995 to 2000; while he possess 18 years experience of Policing. He has vast experience of serving in different police departments including Punjab Police, Sindh Police, NHMP (Motorway), National Police Academy (as course commander) and currently, he is working as DIG/Director at Federal Investigation Agency of Pakistan.
