ACP MKSAP 17: Hematology and Oncology

Description

High Value Care (HVC) content has been integrated into MKSAP 17 in several important ways. MKSAP 17 now includes HVC-identified key points in the text, HVC-focused multiple choice questions, and for subscribers to MKSAP Digital, an HVC custom quiz. From the text and questions, we have generated the following list of HVC recommendations that meet the definition below of high value care and bring us closer to our goal of improving patient outcomes while conserving finite resources. Below are the High Value Care recommendations for the Hematology and Oncology section of MKSAP 17. Management of aplastic anemia with hematopoietic growth factors is ineffective.
